Thank you for inquiring about sponsorships for the 2019 Be the Light Bible Journaling Conference! We have sponsorship packages for any size and budget. Sponsorship funding is used in one of three ways:
- as prizes during the conference
- to provide scholarships for the all-access pass
- to support the selected non-profit charity
Platinum Sponsorship – $1,000 (or in-kind donation)
- Platinum sponsors will have their logo (with a link to their site) included on the conference landing page and also in the sidebar on every other page.
- They are also included in the promo graphics that speakers and affiliates will be sharing in their promotion of the conference.
- Platinum sponsors will be included in the footer of the emails that are sent out from out conference software.
- Platinum sponsors will be mentioned in host videos throughout the conference.
- The opportunity to share an offer/giveaway on the registration page that every visitor will see. We will select the winner and provide contact information to sponsor to fulfill.
- One Viral Incentive Giveaway – Sponsor will be able to share a landing page/link to grow their list. Attendees will get double entries for offers/giveaways they signed up for in the conference if they complete the viral offer/giveaway. Host will fulfill this giveaway.
- Platinum Sponsors have the option to have a interview-style session, with Tracie, to be included in the conference.
- 2 complimentary all-access passes for the sponsor’s use or to use as a giveaway.
- Mentions as a Platinum Sponsor in many social media blasts promoting the conference.
Gold Sponsor – $500 (or in-kind donation)
- Gold sponsors can pick up to two categories to be promoted on. Your logo and link will shown in the sidebar of any speaker and talk page, where the talk / speaker is linked to the categories they are sponsoring.
- The opportunity to donate a giveaway the the host will promote throughout the conference with a mention of the sponsor. We will select the winner and provide contact information to sponsor to fulfill.
- One Viral Incentive Giveaway – Sponsor will be able to share a landing page/link to grow their list. Attendees will get double entries for offers/giveaways they signed up for in the conference if they complete the viral offer/giveaway. Host will fulfill the giveaway.

- Mentions as a Gold Sponsor in social media blasts promoting the conference.
Silver Sponsor – $250 (or in-kind donation)
- Silver sponsors can pick one category to be promoted on. Your logo and link will shown in the sidebar of any speaker and talk page, where the talk / speaker is linked to the category they are sponsoring.
- The opportunity to donate a giveaway the the host will promote throughout the conference with a mention of the sponsor. Host will fulfill the giveaway.
- 2 complimentary all-access passes for the sponsor’s use or to use as a giveaway.
- Mentions as a Silver Sponsor in social media blasts promoting the conference.
Giveaway Sponsor (any prize donation)
- 2 complimentary all-access passes for the sponsor’s use or to use as a giveaway.
- Mentioned as a sponsor during the conference.
- We will provide the winner email, address, and phone number to sponsor for prize fulfillment
