Who knew! I had never heard of these before… so much added creativity can be added to your Bible in this way. Wheels are turning now! Thank you for all these videos!
No sound on video ⁉️
Looks like it’s working for me. Try checking to make sure you’re computer has the volume turned on. 🙂
This is such a great class so inspiring! Thank you!
They’re so cool for a Bible that doesn’t have the wide margin or you don’t want to mark up for some reason. Sounds like it might be a good way to attach all those loose papers I have floating around – things that I want to keep in a specific place.
I agree it is a great way to add all the loose papers floating in my Bible!! This was fantastic! Thank you.
I love how you keep your washi tape!!
Wow! I am learning so much by watching your videos! Thank you so much!
I am so enjoying the lessons. I think I have decided to do my journaling in a mixed media notebook verses marking in the Bible. Thank you for the time you spend to teach us!

Glad you reminded me of tip-ins again. Can’t wait to start
using them again!
Thanks, love these videos.
This lessons was a real “eye opener”. Thanks for the tips (pun intended)!
Ha! Love the pun!
Hi Tracie
Learning so much and I am able to concentrate more on the word than thinking about what I my be doing to damage my Bible.
Hi Tracie,
I am finding your e-course very helpful as a beginner . I have jumped in after much dithering as I didn’t want to ruin my beautiful and expensive Inspire Bible. I started out by highlighting the verse ” he will empower you ” Ephesians 3 : 16, with pink colour pencil. Keep up the good work.
Wow. Never realized that I had been tipping in/tipping out all along. I have various church bulletins and quotes that I’ve kept over the years. Watching this makes me want to go scoop up the rest of them and get them in my Bible tonight!!
Oh I love that idea- thank you.
Now I know how these are done !!! I have seen them alit but wasn’t sure about doing them. Great video and great demonstration.
Thanks so much.
Love all these lessons.
I love all your videos, and I really love this tip-in one. I know I will be using this for sure. Thank you so much, God bless!
Learning a lot!!! Bible journaling doesn’t seem so scary now… 🙂
Finally!! I finally got to my eighth lesson and enjoyed learning about tip-ins. Thank you. On to the next……
Hi Tracie, My husband was watching this over my shoulder. 🙂 He mentioned that if you make sure that your Washi Tape is not longer than your Tip Out, that the tape won’t pull off when you turn the “page.” Or, if it is too long, and you don’t want to pull it off, because your Bible page might tear, you could just, slit the tape to eliminate the stress on the page. I hope that makes sense. Thanks for all of your fun tips and links. I love the idea of keeping your Washi Tape on a hoop!
Great tip! Thank you!
That’s exactly what I do and I also add another piece of washi on the inside making the hinge more secure.
I greatly appreciate this class and all the info that you’ve given me, I’ve learned so very much, thanks for your encouragement. Have a blessed day
I have a question about tip-ins/tip-outs. I have no problem with vellum pieces. However, if I use light cardstock, a greeting card, or something similar along the edge of my page, I’m worried that it will damage the page. My journaling Bible still has pretty thin pages. Would you recommend scoring the outside edge of the item you’re taping in to make it fold outward a bit easier?
I never have damage with the method I teach, but scoring the tip in on the fold would make it easier – great tip! Thank you for sharing!
I love the idea of doing tip-ins and tip-outs. Thank you Tracie for sharing this method for Bible journaling. Have a blessed day.
This is the first time I hear about tip-ins and out, so I will try it soon. Thanks
Awesome Tip Thank you! I’m definitely going to use this for my church bulletin studies.
Love this idea. No to put it into practice.
