I’m loving this course! I really found the lesson on the different translations and types of journaling bibles. I have the inspire Bible and when i was a kid I used the NIV which I still use but lately I have been wanting to get as close to the actual word as possible but so that I can understand it easily so your reading from the ESV really helped me. I also loved your reaction when you randomly picked Job to journal in, lol! I think you are awesome and you are blessing so many people with your tutorials. Thank you.

I can’t figure out how to begin my own comment chain so I hope you get this… imam struggling the most with finding a journaling Bible some also enjoyed that video but one thing I know in have seen a lot of comments on is the lack of a truly large print option. You might think about taking some kind of pictures of different options available so people can see if they can read any of them. I tried looking at font sizes on my tablet… but a lot of it depends on spacing in the Bible. I look forward to your response I love the classes!

Thank you so much for all your time and effort that go into making these videos. I am a visual learner and watching the videos makes everything plainer than just reading and trying to figure things out. I have learned a lot from you. I have written in my Bibles since the early 70’s and love to color-code . . . but I cannot draw. I just purchased the large print Inspire Bible and it is beautiful as you said with line drawings to color. If I may, I’d like to comment on your earlier days you spoke of when you wanted to belong in certain groups. One reason may be that it is obvious you are a leader, not a follower. That puts some people “off”.

Hi Tracie! I liked this lesson on the various Bibles for journaling. I also seem to collect Bibles! Sometimes I will have 3 or 4 open to compare scripture. I bought an NIV journaling Bible but it is not the Beautiful Word, it simply has a 2 inch lightly lined margin. I have sort of put that away for now until I get more comfortable with coloring, painting, etc. Soooo I bought the HCSB Illustrator’s Notetaking Bible that has the art designs and scripture in it for coloring. That helped me break the ice so to speak. I am used to high lighting and marking in my Bible but this journaling is new to me. I am so glad I signed up for the Momentum course as well! Thank you for putting all this together to encourage us all to get in the word! I am looking forward to more time with Him because I have found even when I am just coloring an abstract design, He is in my thoughts and I am “talking” with Him more.

I have to really budget all these things u suggest, because I want so much to do all the things you are doing too, but I don’t have but so much money as I am disabled and on a VERY FIXED budget.
